“I have stayed here multiple times. We like to stay here when we attend concerts at The Shoreline. The gentleman at the front desk is always so kind and hospitable. I have not experienced the same on the phone with a particular female employee. She acted very bothered with my questions and even "accidently" hung up on me. The restaurant is amazing, and the Spa is beautiful. Highly recommend even for just a relaxing staycation.”
“Was in town for a concert at the SAP center. Location is good, within walkable distance to SJSU, the SAP center, and San Pedro Square. Has free parking which is a big plus as many other hotels in the area charge for parking. Rooms were clean, all facilities were in good condition, beds were comfortable. Owner was very kind and attentive. This hotel is clearly a labor of love and I would definitely stay here again. ”

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in agosto perché eravamo di passaggio io e mia moglie e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti!! Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, la colazione abbondante e da hotel più che da motel!!! Lo consiglio vivamente, la posizione se si ha la macchina conta poco ma comunque intorno ci sono diversi ristorantini dove si può cenare bene!!!...
“Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Hotel moderno, camera molto ampia per quattro persone dotata di tutti i comfort e di una cuscinetta. Unico appunto: mancavano gli asciugamani per una persona. Comunque appena richiesti ce li hanno dati senza problemi.
Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, una rarità per questo tipo di hotel negli USA. Il buffet della colazione non è particolarmente ricco ma sufficiente per una discreta colazione.
Parcheggio gratuito in garage coperto, posizione ottima e facilmente...
“Highly recommend. Rooms were very nice, large and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helped in any way they can. Best part of it was that since we have stayed here a few times while in town they surprised us and upgraded us to the VIP room at no charge. Staying here next time in town for sure. ”

"Ci siamo stati per tre notti. In zona centrale con molti ristoranti vri in zona. Camere carina ed accogliente, personale molto gentile sempre con il sorriso.
Unico neo sciugmni crsi per tre giorni in tre. Almeno uno testa per la doccia.
